Return/Shipping Policy

💎 There are NO refunds or exchanges. Please be certain of your choices before submitting your order.

💎 If you receive an item damaged, you must contact Radiant Styles Jewelry within 2 days of receiving your order. The Item must be returned to Radiant Styles Jewelry by the buyer. Once item is received, you will be sent a replacement item if available. If item is not available, you will receive a store credit. 

💎 Please allow up to 7-10 business days for order processing BEFORE it is shipped. 

💎 Once a tracking number has been provided of your order, we are not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen items. Tracking confirms the responsibility of Radiant Styles Jewelry delivering your item as promised, and thereafter then becomes the responsibility of the post office.
